Pricing

Seven clear ways to start.

Pick the connection level first, then decide whether the approved niche app/dashboard is part of the monthly plan. Website setup and monthly service are always shown separately.

Why OBG Tools

Practical support for small local businesses.

The offer is simple: get a professional website online, keep pricing clear, and add owner tools only where they are actually useful.

Built for local services

Clear setup pricing

Website setup, dashboard access, and monthly upkeep stay separate and visible.

FAQ

Clear answers before setup.

OBG Tools is website-first. Every public example uses one exact status: Working private app demo, Dashboard preview, or Website example only.

What is included in monthly upkeep?

Technical maintenance, bug fixes, security/platform updates, keeping the website and dashboard working, small content/configuration help, and ongoing platform improvements.

What is not included?

Unlimited redesigns, unlimited custom feature development, full marketing agency services, and full accounting/payroll services are not included in standard monthly upkeep.

What does a connected website include?

One Connection adds either saved customer requests or an online payment/deposit path. Full Connection includes both. App + Website plans add an approved private owner workspace where that workflow is available.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly service requires 30 days’ notice. Service remains active through the paid period; hosting, app access, support, publishing, and connected services then end unless another written arrangement is approved. Available customer records and practical exportable media can be provided, but OBG Tools code, templates, database structure, and platform logic are not included.

Do I own my content?

You own your business name, original logo, photos, videos, writing, business information, and customer and operational records. OBG Tools LLC owns the platform code, templates, layout system, database design, and reusable software unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. A business can start with Website Only - Standard, move to One Connection or Full Connection, then add an approved dashboard with an App + Website plan when useful.

What is a founding customer?

Founding customers lock in their subscription price while their account remains active, receive improvements as they are released, and help shape future OBG Tools updates.

How do referrals work?

After server validation, referred customers receive a two-week trial, 10% off eligible setup, and 20% off eligible monthly charges. Referrers receive 20% credit in Year 1, 10% in Year 2, and 5% while the referred customer remains active afterward, capped at the referrer’s own eligible monthly charge.

Can I see the app before setup?

Yes. Every example is labeled as a Working private app demo, Dashboard preview, or Website example only. Activation is reviewed so the setup matches the purchased scope.

Ready when you are

Ready to give customers a clearer place to start?

Send the business type, service area, and what customers usually ask for. OBG Tools will help you pick the right website package before anything gets connected.

What We Build

Three clear paths: Business Tools, Clubs, and Sports Leagues.

OBG Tools builds professional public websites and private operating systems around how each business, club, or league actually works.

You work directly with OBG Tools. Scope, content, configuration, review, and launch support stay in one clear process.

How It Works

A clear path from the first conversation to launch.

You see the working example inside the relevant category, confirm the scope, send the setup details, and review the finished experience before launch.

1. Choose the best starting point

Tell OBG Tools whether you run a business, club or membership organization, or sports league.

2. Review the demo and confirm scope

See the public experience and private tools, then decide what your operation actually needs.

3. Send setup details

Use Setup to keep branding, services, roles, records, timing, and launch notes together.

4. Review and launch

Test the agreed public pages and private workflows before the final rollout.

Referral / Partner Program

Give a local business a better setup price and lower your own subscription.

OBG Tools partners can be customers, local connectors, niche business owners, creators, social pages, or industry people who send good-fit service businesses. Referral discounts are manually reviewed before approval, and only active paying referrals count.

Ask about partnering

For the referred customer

After server validation, a referred customer receives a two-week trial, 10% off eligible setup charges, and 20% off eligible monthly charges. Original and final prices remain visible before checkout.

  • Applies only to active accounts and collected payments.
  • Discounts are removed if the referred customer cancels.
  • No automatic approval, guaranteed discount, or free-forever claim is implied.

For the referrer

Referrers earn account credit on their own active OBG Tools account: 20% during each referral’s first year, 10% during the second year, and 5% while the referred customer remains active afterward. Applied credit is capped at 100% of the referrer’s own eligible monthly charge.

  • Only active paying referrals count.
  • If a referred customer cancels, that referral discount is removed.
  • Referral status is reviewed manually before approval.
  • Discounts are based on collected revenue after refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, and cancellations.

Sign in to view referral status

Referral results live inside your OBG Tools account. Sign in with the approved partner email to see referral code, active referred customers, subscription discount estimates, pending review, and account status.

New partners can email referrals@obgtools.com or call/text (413) 824-9906. Referral totals stay estimated until OBG Tools manually reviews active subscriptions and collected payments.
